## StackAdapt Reviews
  ### 1. StackAdapt Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerrie M. | Media Planner and Buyer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I like how helpful the account executives are setting up the campaigns and making sure we are spending on our PMP deals. They also give great suggestions to make sure the money clears before the election.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

I don't like how many categories there are on the left hand side of the platform. For me, I only use a few when creating the campaigns and advertisers so with so many listed I feel like it looks cluttered. If we could maybe remove the ones we don't use that could be helpful.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt is helping us solve the problem setting up multiple campaigns on our own. Our account executives will do it for us which saves me so much time when doing buys. I don't have to worry that anything is wrong or not working because our previous DSP was hard to create campaigns and you had to remember to turn on the campaign which led to sometimes campaigns not running the first day if we forgot to turn on the campaign.

  ### 2. Precision Targeting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

What I love most about StackAdapt is how seamlessly it handles multi-channel execution. I can manage everything—Native, Display, CTV, and even Audio—from one unified dashboard without feeling like I’m juggling five different platforms. It makes running complex, cross-device campaigns feel cohesive rather than fragmented, which is a huge win for my workflow.

The intent-based targeting is another standout for me, specifically their Page Context AI. In a world moving away from cookies, being able to place ads based on the actual content a user is reading in that exact moment feels much more precise and future-proof. It gives me a level of relevance that I just don't see with standard behavioral segments.

Finally, I’m a huge fan of the interface and overall speed. Most DSPs are notoriously clunky and over-engineered, but StackAdapt is genuinely intuitive and easy to navigate. Because the UI is so clean and they don’t gatekeep the tech behind massive monthly minimums, I can get high-performance campaigns live and optimized much faster than I could on other enterprise platforms.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

One of the main frustrations is that the reporting can be a bit rigid and manual. While the platform looks great on the surface, getting specific, deep-dive data often requires extra work. For example, if I want to see exactly how different parts of a campaign are working together, the system sometimes counts the same sale twice across different ads. This means I have to spend extra time exporting data into spreadsheets to clean it up and find the "true" results, which can be a headache when you're trying to prove exactly where your money is going.

Another downside is that managing the actual ads can be tedious. If I have a campaign with dozens of different images or videos, uploading and updating them feels very repetitive. The platform requires a lot of manual clicks to make simple changes across multiple areas, rather than letting me swap everything out at once with a single click. For a tool that is supposed to save time, this specific part of the process feels surprisingly old-fashioned and slow compared to how modern the rest of the system looks.

Lastly, using the platform can be more expensive than other options. Because they focus on high-quality websites, the "rent" you pay to show your ads is often higher. If you aren't careful with the settings, the system can also accidentally spend your budget on mobile app games or low-quality placements that don't actually lead to sales. You really have to keep a close eye on it to make sure your budget is being spent on the best possible sites, or you might find your money disappearing faster than expected without much to show for it.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt solves the problem of fragmented audiences. By combining hyper-local geofencing with intent-based AI, I can follow a tech professional from their office desk to their living room couch, ensuring my property is the first one they think of when they’re ready to move.

  ### 3. Intuitive Interface, Advanced Targeting, and Real-Time Reporting in One Platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

What I like best about StackAdapt is its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes campaign setup, optimization, and reporting incredibly efficient. The platform offers advanced targeting capabilities, especially for programmatic and native advertising, allowing for precise audience segmentation and high-quality reach.

Another standout feature is the robust analytics and real-time reporting, which makes it easy to track performance and make data-driven decisions quickly. I also appreciate the variety of ad formats available, along with the seamless integration of native, display, video, and connected TV campaigns within a single platform.

Lastly, their customer support and account management team are highly responsive and knowledgeable, which adds significant value, especially when managing multiple campaigns or testing new strategies.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

One area where StackAdapt could improve is in platform navigation at times while it’s generally user-friendly, some advanced features and settings can take time to locate or fully understand, especially for new users.

Additionally, reporting customization can feel slightly limited when you’re looking for highly specific or granular data cuts, which may require extra time to export and analyze externally.

Another consideration is that certain premium inventory and advanced targeting options can become relatively expensive, which may not always be ideal for smaller budgets or test campaigns.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt solves the challenge of managing and optimizing programmatic advertising across multiple channels by bringing everything into one streamlined platform. Instead of juggling different tools for native, display, video, and CTV, it allows for centralized campaign management, which saves time and improves efficiency.

It also addresses the problem of reaching the right audience at scale through its advanced targeting capabilities, including contextual targeting and audience segmentation. This has helped me deliver more relevant ads, improve engagement, and drive better performance for campaigns.

Additionally, the real-time reporting and optimization tools solve the issue of delayed insights. Being able to quickly analyze performance and make data-driven adjustments has significantly improved campaign outcomes and ROI.

Overall, it benefits me by simplifying workflow, improving targeting precision, and enabling faster, more effective decision-making in my campaigns.

  ### 4. Streamlined Campaigns with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I think StackAdapt is really easy to use for the most part, and I love that it's easy to jump in and start a campaign. I also like the third-party data that's available in StackAdapt, which allows me to access a variety of things as a marketer or advertiser. Additionally, I like the insights that come up afterwards, as they enable me to measure things pretty well, even if it's not perfect. I can quickly start, launch, and measure a campaign, and I really like that.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

I think there's a few things that could be improved with StackAdapt. For example, when it comes to conversion counting, it shows multiple conversions across campaigns even though it's just one individual. This requires a lot of manual work on my end to figure out which campaigns are working. I also find the access to the knowledge center unclear. If I'm experiencing a specific issue, I don't know how to get to resources like SpotLearn or webinars for help. Since I'm busy, I'm not going to take time out of my day to find out where the knowledge center is, so I just stick to what I know is working.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt helps us with brand awareness and establishing a reputation with a broader audience. It allows reaching different industries and testing messages effectively, while providing useful insights for measuring campaign effectiveness.

  ### 5. Intuitive Campaign Management with Powerful Targeting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket D. | Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I like how easy it is to run campaigns without error using StackAdapt; the interface is clean and easy to understand. I enjoy its targeting capabilities, like account-based targeting and contextual targeting, as well as the dashboard that allows me to easily find and optimize campaign inventory and supplies. The targeting options, such as contextual, interest-based, and retargeting, help me reach more relevant audiences, improving efficiency and performance. The initial setup was straightforward, making campaign creation, targeting, and creative uploads easy, allowing us to get campaigns live quickly.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

Reporting customization could be improved as some deeper insights require exports or extra steps.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StackAdapt for running programmatic campaigns. It solves the challenge of reaching the right audience at scale while keeping performance in check, making audience targeting optimization and campaign management easier.

  ### 6. Intuitive Platform with Fantastic Support and Client-Boosting Solutions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom C. | VP, AdTech and Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

- The team support has been fantastic, every time we've had an issue or question they've been on hand to help.
- The platform is intuitive, our team are able to pick up new elements of the platform very easily
- New solutions like engagement lift have been exceptionally helpful for our clients.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

None come to mind - however I have not used other DSPs before so have limited experience. As someone who hasn't used DSPs, I found this exceptionally easy to use and learn.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Tracking awareness via brand and engagement lift studies
- Having multiple channels at our fingertips to utilise for our clients campaigns
- Attractive commission structures to make partnership a two way street

  ### 7. Best DSP I Have Tried Thus Far for Multi-Channel Marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Content Marketing Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I work at a marketing agency and we use StackAdapt regularly. I like that it coalesces a lot of different channel options in one place, allowing us to run OTT and CTV, Display, Digital OOH, streaming audio, and podcast bumpers all from one place. The interface is pretty easy to use, and their support is excellent, which isn't something I find with Google Ads or Facebook. The third-party audiences are quite powerful with a lot of placement options, giving me confidence that our ads are appearing on sites people actually visit. Also, I value the third-party audiences because they let me target audience segments with verified data that are difficult to find on platforms like Meta Ads. The forecasting tools are also invaluable, helping to give budget recommendations to clients.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

The user interface has a lot of options and a lot of different things to check or select. Which is good for control and granularity but can be intimidating if you are new to the platform.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt combines different marketing channels in one place, simplifying campaign management. It offers powerful third-party audiences and forecasting tools, improving our targeting and budgeting. The support is excellent, unlike Google Ads or Facebook, and ensures our ads appear on quality sites, not spam or bot-driven sites.

  ### 8. Game-Changer in Customer Service and Campaign Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily P.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I really appreciate StackAdapt's customer service. It's been a game changer for us to have someone available to talk things through and assist with projections and providing new ideas. Having a live person to speak to is very helpful, especially compared to previous experiences where we didn't get responses. The process of setting up StackAdapt was also very easy, thanks to the support of a former employee who is now with them, making the transition pretty seamless.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

I think there's some technical things that we're working through with them, but I think as they grow, they're catching up and always taking recommendations on what could be changed. Everything that we have run into has been handled. There was a frequency issue, being able to stack frequencies on a daily, monthly, weekly basis, and across the campaign as something they didn't have before, but they have put into practice.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

StackAdapt provides excellent customer service, allowing us to have someone to talk through campaigns and assist with projections and new ideas, which is really ideal compared to other DSPs. This hands-on approach and having a live person is a game changer.

  ### 9. Versatile Platform with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dillan H.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I love the versatility StackAdapt provides in inventory, allowing us to serve a variety of different ad types. The wide array of audience and prospecting tools, like third-party segments, is something I really appreciate as it helps us reach segments we couldn't on other platforms. I also like the creative builder and reporting functionalities. The ability to build display ads directly in the platform without requiring extensive effort to build inventory is a significant plus. Additionally, our account team is super helpful in navigating any hurdles, which made the setup experience great.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

I think it could be super helpful for the platform to have some type of AI integration that would allow some kind of optimizationn scoring on the campaign to help us drive more useful creatives and strategies.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StackAdapt for its versatility in serving various ad types and its inventory. The third-party segments reach audiences unreachable on other platforms, and the creative builder simplifies ad creation. Reporting functionalities provide valuable insights.

  ### 10. Baileigh Thompson Stack Adapt Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Baileigh T.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about StackAdapt?**

I use StackAdapt for planning and placing programmatic ads for my social impact agency, and I appreciate the planning and forecasting tool function which allows me to plan quickly in tight turnaround situations. I like working with the StackAdapt team; they are incredibly responsive, helpful, and make sense of the confusing tools in the platform. I really like that we can place digital OOH with StackAdapt, which is a unique selling point we can offer clients without tons of back and forth. The initial setup of StackAdapt was very easy.

**What do you dislike about StackAdapt?**

The forecasting tool reach does not feel reflective of reality. Also, when combining data segments, the time feels very long to get an audience count.

**What problems is StackAdapt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use StackAdapt for quick planning in tight turnarounds. The planning and forecasting tool helps me, and their team provides valuable optimization opportunities. I appreciate their kindness and responsiveness, and I also like the digital OOH feature for seamless client offerings.
